At MatzikMav, every product is handcrafted specifically for each customer. Because the majority of our products are made to order and personalized, our return policy differs from that of standard retail products.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications or include personalized elements.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, we'll be happy to assist you before production begins.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the product and its original packaging.

Every claim is reviewed individually, and we'll work closely with you to provide the most appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• A replacement part
• A full or partial refund

Our goal is always to resolve any issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed, as production may have already begun. If you contact us after the 1-hour cancellation window, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will review your request individually.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible, as every product is handcrafted specifically for your order.
