Colors and appearance may also vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, the natural characteristics of the materials used, and the handmade production process.

Custom options may include, depending on the product, personalization, logos, engraving, colors, dimensions, layouts and other modifications agreed upon with the customer.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our store, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the requested customization, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can proceed to production.

Please carefully review all selected options, personalization text, colors, layouts, quantities, shipping information and other order details before completing your purchase.

4. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order.

After the 1-hour cancellation period, cancellation is not guaranteed because preparation or production may already have begun.

If you contact us after the 1-hour cancellation window, we may review your request individually. If production has not yet begun, we may, at our discretion, agree to cancel the order.

5. Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are handcrafted specifically for each customer and may be manufactured according to customer-selected specifications or include personalized elements.

Products that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized are not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to a change of mind, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for checking all personalization details, spelling, logos, measurements, colors, layouts and other specifications provided to us before production.

Where we provide a design preview or mock-up for approval, production may proceed after customer approval.

6. Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on our store are shown in the currency indicated on the website.

Applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with the tax rules and settings applicable to the customer's order and destination.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated separately and displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information or other errors that may occur on the website.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the destinations made available through our online store.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, product, quantity and other relevant shipping factors and will be displayed during the ordering process.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be charged to the customer where applicable.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or in the product offer, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs requirements and charges vary by country, and customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or for charges imposed by customs authorities or other government agencies.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care when producing and packaging every order.

If your order arrives damaged during transportation or you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

• The product

• The damaged or defective area

• The original packaging

• Any visible damage to the shipping box or packaging

Each claim will be reviewed individually.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include a replacement product, replacement part, repair solution, or full or partial refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

10. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using and assembling products according to any instructions provided and for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended use.

Products should not be modified, overloaded or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Where our products are used for food presentation or serving, customers remain responsible for complying with any food handling, hygiene and safety requirements applicable to their business, event or jurisdiction.

By providing us with a logo, artwork, text or other material for personalization, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission for us to use that material solely for the purpose of fulfilling their order.
